Very fast pace organization, will need to keep changing to adapt to the new organisation management. But staff quality and work quality has decreased after Covid, due to prioritizing cheap labour vs quality of work

Unrealistic expectations. Working into the evening is normal.
I have been thete 22 years. I appreciate the experiences, travel, and knowledge that i have gotten at UOP during that time. But the company has gone downhill, significantly so. I spend much ledd of my time now doing technical work thst i like (and customers pay us for) and instead update BS reports
