Basic components of salary and bonus
Paid on time with almost 100 % of bonus value in most of the case . Sometime more than 100% if business done very well
Allowances for going abroad projects

Increase compensation to be competitive with others
What are some of the best things about your team?
communication is key and I think manager guides us all pretty good
Ownership mindset . Expertise on respective field
Helpful respectful confident supportive and friendly
