I've been a part of Upbound for awhile and I truly appreciate the team that we are building here of intelligent and caring people. We have an innovative vision and are defining a new category in infrastructure and cloud, so we are building really fun and interesting technology.

Everyone is very understanding, supportive, and kind. Whenever a problem comes up they are happy to help. I came from a completely different background and they helped ramp me up within two months! I feel like my work is meaningful as well.

Our leadership team is recently being filled in now with more complete and specific roles - they have empathy about all of our experiences working for the company and make good decisions about trade offs for the entire organization to be successful.

They are extremely transparent. We have monthly company meetings so they can tell us everything they are working on as well as their goals and strategies. Feel like they really care about everyone here at the company.

I'm a big fan of our equity package and the ownership I have in the company. I believe in our vision and our trajectory to achieve massive commercial success - so my stake in the company is something I greatly value.

They offered a more than fair compensation package. With the health coverage, equity compensation, and everything included, I feel like they truly value me.

Our team is composed of incredibly intelligent people that do really impressive work. I really appreciate that how much they consider each other and put effort into strong collaboration and supporting each other - everyone will take time out of their day to get you unblocked and successful.

They are so fun! Sometimes it can be hard to work fully remote and get to know your team, but I feel like my team has made the effort to get to know one another and try to make everyone feel welcome.

The support we have for each other - it's a trait you see across all of the teams and its especially important for an all remote company. Nobody gets left behind or isolated, because we take the time to support each other.

Everyone gives ample support when necessary. I am never scared to ask for help and always happy to learn and grow. They're so flexible with the PTO that I don't have to feel stressed about taking time off when I need it as well. Overall its really everything.

I actually started the process interviewing for another position. My hiring manger realized that I was better fit for another role and led me in that direction, catering the new role to my liking in order for me to be happy at the company. The CEO interviews every candidate as well! (so far)

I like getting to learn new things and dip my toes into different things everyday. It's also great getting to see how a startup works overall. Either way, it's been a fun time so far.
