Upbring feels like a family. Teams collaborate together to make a difference in children's lives across the state of Texas. It's super rewarding to see all the hard work every employee demonstrates to carry out Upbring's mission

Upbring has a great mission but the leadership team over the last 3 years has changed for the worst. The CEO is out of touch and takes no responsibility for toxic work culture present. The SVP of People and Culture has zero contact with staff at programs.
