The leadership team is supportive and listens to our ideas
Communication, equity and inclusion, consistency in how policies are applied, being present for us. We only ever see Holly the SVP of Finance from the leadership team consistently. The other rarely if ever engage us.
The insurance is very good.
The benefits and PTO are great

Insurance costs have gone up ridiculously and we only get 2% increase every year. Insurance use to be $0 per pay check for Employee coverage but now it’s over $200. High cost on plan too. No ability to take time off almost every but execs always
Time to interact with coworkers.
The people doing the work are super dedicated and care about each other. But it is exhausting and we are burnt out.
Our team is like a family. We encourage each other and work really well together

There was a phone screening followed by a team interview. The HR team was very communicative and helpful during the interview/background process.
