Very open, very understanding, you are treated like an adult and not micro-managed. Changes are made with employees in mind.
It has a laid-back feel to the company unless you are on an agile team.

Replace the President, he promotes based on looks.
Value the employees and stop having phone reps work the same size deals as in person reps.
