I truly believe our products are impacting peoples lives and the greater good of society. By allowing more affordable access to credit, we are able to help people become more financially mobile and create a more inclusive, more accurate, credit decisioning system.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Focus on fewer things (lines of business, tech initiatives) and do them better. Voluntary equity cuts for founders to fix the equity debacle among lower-level employees.
