What would you improve about your company's interview process?Shorten the hiring process. It's absurd that it takes almost 3 months from start to finish before being offered a position
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Interviews with the HR teams made me not want to work here. Everyone was so friendly, inquisitive and nice except for HR. It almost made me turn down the offer.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Rules need to be enforced consistently. Sometimes there appears to be favoritism.
