The job is quite stressful when it's busy and mind-numbingly boring when it's slow. I don't get paid enough for my job description, and frankly, I'm doing about 3 different people's jobs. The benefits are great, don't get me wrong, but even working 40 hours a week, I struggle to make ends meet.

I love working here. I get to spend time with my family and not feel that work has to come first. I feel comfortable asking for time off when I need it and i love that we are encouraged to use our time.

They want us to succeed. Most importantly they value what i bring to the team.

They are understanding and supportive.

I'm finally being paid what a "professional" should be paid in higher education.

I have two bachelor's degrees and make less money than many people who never even went to college.

While I do not feel undervalued, I do feel that based on my education and market rates, my compensation should be higher.

I get offers on LinkedIn and other recruiting firms for the same job that i am doing here and the minimum pay is about $20,000 more. It would be nice to get paid more. The reason I stay is because I love the people that I work with. I feel heard and I feel that they appreciate my input

It really is a team in the GSBS office. I love helping the team and I feel valued.

When they can find the time in their busy jobs, some of them have been very helpful with training and assisting newer co-workers on the various programs and functions.

Everyone is willing to work together to get tasks done. People ask for help if needed. We're doing a better job at communicating.

Its an interesting culture of different backgrounds.

The people that I work with all equally want to see the students succeed and they do a lot to make sure to let them know we are here for them.

Interaction with my colleagues, getting to participate and planning events to promote our department.

Learning how to master the tasks that I need to accomplish.
