What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the team. They respect each other and their expertise. There is a positive work/life balance culture.
They are professional, knowledgeable, and action-oriented.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. There is no system
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are plenty of paid holidays.

Very undervalued. Any type of vallidation, teamwork, any type of direction
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is a highly skilled team.
The TEAM is work driven to complete a project.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better management , we need real dedication. We need to know we are valued, we have no teamwork, employees walk in when they want, leave when they want .There is no accountability. We do not get along as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to care about one another.
Professionalism from students, faculty, and staff.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to educate our employees about different cultures , bring in a professional to explain the differences

When I complete a task that has been in progress for a while.
The energetic team makes me the happiest.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is very poor, moral is very bad. I am not sure if it can be fixed.
