This has been the worse experience as an CMA. I am a surgical specialties CMA and offer a lot to the office, but that has been overlooked. The pay is horrible. The advancement is next to nil . We have lost 7 girls in 6 months with nothing changing. Why? If not the love for my patients I would leave
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. There is no system
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very undervalued. Any type of vallidation, teamwork, any type of direction
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is very poor, moral is very bad. I am not sure if it can be fixed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need to educate our employees about different cultures , bring in a professional to explain the differences
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need better management , we need real dedication. We need to know we are valued, we have no teamwork, employees walk in when they want, leave when they want .There is no accountability. We do not get along as a team.
