nothing greater than I expected. biggest disappointment has been non inclusive meetings regarding specific projects and seeing new hires added at higher positions with no opportunity to be considered for the openings. I feel trapped most of the time and have no opportunities to be involved.

Great place to work, many amenities are offered from cafeterias, always evolving physical campus upgrades, and lots of walking.

My overall experience is rewarding and exciting!

my relevant experience in the real world is undervalued. the opportunity to be involved in real time decisions is non existent. just an opportunity to be in a project meeting would be an improvement.

Feel undervalued because often overlooked or told could not be compensated as others due to limitation in money. However, these individuals not accomplishing as much work or have the same responsibilities.

Work better with hope in achieving better pay compared to the inflation and cost of living

My salary has always been close to the starting pay. Everytime I got a raise, they would increase the starting salary. New hires would be making the same as me even though I have great performance reviews.
