my relevant experience in the real world is undervalued. the opportunity to be involved in real time decisions is non existent. just an opportunity to be in a project meeting would be an improvement.

Feel undervalued because often overlooked or told could not be compensated as others due to limitation in money. However, these individuals not accomplishing as much work or have the same responsibilities.

Work better with hope in achieving better pay compared to the inflation and cost of living

AT LEAST MATCHING POSITION IN MARKET PRICE!

My salary has always been close to the starting pay. Everytime I got a raise, they would increase the starting salary. New hires would be making the same as me even though I have great performance reviews.
