nothing greater than I expected. biggest disappointment has been non inclusive meetings regarding specific projects and seeing new hires added at higher positions with no opportunity to be considered for the openings. I feel trapped most of the time and have no opportunities to be involved.

all in it together regardless of shortcomings

just being able to contribute to project completion and recognized for adding to the success
What are some of the best things about your team?
generally work for success of project. they work around the shortcomings of the present communication system to accomplish desired results.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they do talk to you when spoken to. Virtually no conditions promote much more than a hello or good morning. No interest in outside input.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my relevant experience in the real world is undervalued. the opportunity to be involved in real time decisions is non existent. just an opportunity to be in a project meeting would be an improvement.
