Feel undervalued because often overlooked or told could not be compensated as others due to limitation in money. However, these individuals not accomplishing as much work or have the same responsibilities.
I feel undervalued due to the advancements and increases provides to employees due to favoritism. While some employees adhere to rules and strive hard to exceed the objectives of their jobs, others get title changes, increases, advancements just because they are favored (not valued).
