Laid back. Comfortable easy to get along
Well I'm the kind of worker that picks up every night door to door. I'm proud of the company I work for and I strive to make the company I work for to look good. But I don't like is when they go in and estimate how much time you get every night for one building, when they've never ever done it.
It could be better I guess
Honor their contracts and get their crews off the property by the contracted hour.
