Valet Living Employee Reviews

Well I'm the kind of worker that picks up every night door to door. I'm proud of the company I work for and I strive to make the company I work for to look good. But I don't like is when they go in and estimate how much time you get every night for one building, when they've never ever done it.

It could be better I guess

I have had multiple problems with getting my work schedule, completion of my work, and receiving my pay. I would recommend this Job as a temporary job but not as a long term work position. I have worked for over 60 days and have not gotten a raise or anything.

It's been great and good exercise as well I plan to stay a long while

It's a great company and an industry leader but it could be so much better if executive team was in touch with clients' needs better as well as operations management teams and open to new ideas, better practices, etc.

It's fair...I have great benefits, good pay and incredible team to work with.

Salary pay every two weeks with generous benefits

A bunch of us aren't getting paid for the hours we worked

Well I really appreciate it when you do extra for him and you cover spots when people call in sick. So that they don't have to work

They all have great personalities, and very hard workers

My coworkers work hard and need to be appreciated more

They spread knowledge and help where ever they can

Allowing us to get to know each other and work longer then 6 months and not putting us on a no rehire just because our family need us or our transportation work unexpectedly breaks down

The most positive thing is probably my manager he does care a lot about me and my feelings and my energy. He would like to do more but he is hands are tied also. I wish understand carrying that garbage there's better ways to do it. All in total I've been there 8 years and I'm 60 old lady

Completing tasks earlier than expected

Seeing the look on a clients face when they experience our service valets and how professional everyone is.

They need a DM that would help with the staff for there unexpected emergency and show them he cared about the staff family and there concerns instead of his budgets plus this life is hard enough on all of us why make things so miserable
