What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The most positive thing is probably my manager he does care a lot about me and my feelings and my energy. He would like to do more but he is hands are tied also. I wish understand carrying that garbage there's better ways to do it. All in total I've been there 8 years and I'm 60 old lady
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Need better pay and direction
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?They need a DM that would help with the staff for there unexpected emergency and show them he cared about the staff family and there concerns instead of his budgets plus this life is hard enough on all of us why make things so miserable
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Allowing us to get to know each other and work longer then 6 months and not putting us on a no rehire just because our family need us or our transportation work unexpectedly breaks down
