I am paid competitively for the work that I perform.
Our PTO is very generous
I really like our bonus / commission structure. It's fair and my base doesn't keep me wondering if I can get the rent paid on time or not.

Love the heart and passion of the team. Everyone works hard and cares for each other.
People like to have fun and work hard. they are very supportive.

They are passionate about what they do. They are always willing to help no matter how busy they are. The are honest & ethical, have an ability to communicate clearly, take pride in their work, and always will to offer encouragement, gratitude & appreciation for being part of a collaborative team.
Collaboration, team spirit, dedication to our values
We are really honest. If something isn't working it's OK to be honest and fix it now - politics are not an issue here.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have some team members that don't listen well to others ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are great and we're getting better and better with some of the changes we've implemented! Looking forward to our continued growth.

Our culture is built around a set of values that are not just posted on the wall but are intrinsic in everything that we do on a day to day basis; People First, Trust, Teamwork and Innovation. Our employees are dedicated to a collaborative atmosphere and building up team members.
The openness and cohesiveness on all levels
We have fun music on via Sonos. The team orientation means we have a lot of conversation and buzz in the office. it's energizing.

They ask tough questions and always show care and concern for the individuals. You are not a number here.

Knowing that we're helping companies, people, and that if that's done well, then we will be rewarded. It's the Zig Ziglar motto: Help enough other people get what they want and you will be rewarded.

VALiNTRY makes it fun to come to work. We always have music playing, events showing on our office TVs, and cold brew coffee on tap!
