Our culture is built around a set of values that are not just posted on the wall but are intrinsic in everything that we do on a day to day basis; People First, Trust, Teamwork and Innovation. Our employees are dedicated to a collaborative atmosphere and building up team members.
The openness and cohesiveness on all levels
We have fun music on via Sonos. The team orientation means we have a lot of conversation and buzz in the office. it's energizing.
We have an inverted organization structure where management is at the bottom of the hierarchy pyramid and supports everyone throughout the company...very different from any other organization that I have been a part of.

Our culture is best defined, in my opinion as "relaxed professional". We all strive to deliver top quality solutions, but leadership also recognizes that we are people and sometimes we have to step out and take care of things.

I really like that its ok to make mistakes here. As a fast growing small business, mistakes are how you learn and innovate.
