The ideal candidate to work in IT at VALiNTRY goes beyond their technology stack. We look at all candidates and applicants as a whole person. If we believe they are a great cultural fit and can pull themselves up and learn some of the technical deficiencies they may have we will still consider them. We love people who love technology.
How flexible is your work schedule at VALiNTRY?
One of the pros of working for VALiNTRY is that your managers realize you are a human being. If you have things you need to take care of, appointments you need to attend, or if you're running late -- it's never held over your head. We have a very flexible work schedule; we do however embody the mantra of work hard and play hard!
