Yearly twice hikes are the best
I believe my compensation package reflects my efforts
Paid above the industry norm and 6-month appraisal cycle really helps

Fair atmosphere, absence of nepotism all you have is a mafia mentality

The willingness to go the extra mile
Collaborative , down-to-earth attitude and working as one company
Ambitious, caring and really innovatinve

Feel secure and not hire relatives and friends

Great people and respect everyone's culture and traditions
Meritocratic, empathetic and caring. The CEO drives the culture and culture is at the forefront of everything that the management does in the company.

Easy & stress free environment
encouragement and challenging work. The fun quotient is also very high. Free food too!!
