The leadership is of true form, nothing phony or pretendous. Always helpful and understanding with solutions to challenge. Above board and supportive while seeking opportunity to reward. Never saw anything quite like it Very unuaual in todays workplace.
The board tends not to engage in product-level decisions, unless their guidance is sought out, or spending decisions are in the mix.
