The leadership is of true form, nothing phony or pretendous. Always helpful and understanding with solutions to challenge. Above board and supportive while seeking opportunity to reward. Never saw anything quite like it Very unuaual in todays workplace.
The board tends not to engage in product-level decisions, unless their guidance is sought out, or spending decisions are in the mix.
The people you work with are amazing

Diversity, equity and inclusion are not a priority among the leadership of Valve

get to customers questions and concerns better, they would rather just delay any concerns and questions customers have to better NEW products and ignore problems with others
What is the best part about your compensation package?
being compensated fairly by salary

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wasn't given a job which I definitely deserved, they should give me a job and also 40% of the company.

They are hard working all the time

Having a fun. And gettin good with the game.

They need to become my coworkers by getting me hired. They should all listen to what I say because I know better than them.

Knowing everyday the proper answer to any challenge will be gained from the efforts of all involved. Also bring treated consistently well.
