Wide range of choices, generous MTO.
My particular position has to know a little bit of everyones job, we have been smacked in the face with our compensation and "bonus" offers. Meanwhile a position that does a fraction of the work is given opportunity to receive 15K more in bonuses. No one cares, and no one listens.
The pay is way below industry standard, There are actual skilled talented artists that they have decided to label unskilled labor just so they can keep the pay low. They exploit these workers and treat them like assembly line workers. There are no unskilled workers at the company!
The CEO mentions record profits. The most common questions he gets in his "townhall" meetings are all in relation to worker pay to which he dismisses and says he wants to invest the surplus in educational programs instead of directly to the employees. What a slap in the face.
If compensation was comparable to other companies based on experience and contribution
We are overworked and underpaid. Benefits are bottom of the barrel and getting worse.
