they really take time to listen to our complaints and do what they can to address them

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
One quit talking to us like we are idiots. Don't say record profits over and over yet no non C-suite worker sees any actual change in compensation. Also getting rid of WFH was a major slap to the face. No one wants forced company "culture".
