Varsity Brands Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Dynamic problem solving (although we usually are trying to work around botched corporate policies).

Efficient, compassionate, great leadership, clear mission and goals.

The people I work with directly are fun, hard working and enjoyable to be around

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The "care" for the job. But its hard to promote care in an employee when they see that if they care or if they don't care they are rewarded the same.
