they really take time to listen to our complaints and do what they can to address them
Resourcefulness, innovation, spirit, compassion. They deeply care about the employees.
They are hard working, positive people
One quit talking to us like we are idiots. Don't say record profits over and over yet no non C-suite worker sees any actual change in compensation. Also getting rid of WFH was a major slap to the face. No one wants forced company "culture".
cooperation, transparency, brand pride and team building
Get better at identifying talent within the organization and rewarding loyalty
Wide range of choices, generous MTO.
My particular position has to know a little bit of everyones job, we have been smacked in the face with our compensation and "bonus" offers. Meanwhile a position that does a fraction of the work is given opportunity to receive 15K more in bonuses. No one cares, and no one listens.
The pay is way below industry standard, There are actual skilled talented artists that they have decided to label unskilled labor just so they can keep the pay low. They exploit these workers and treat them like assembly line workers. There are no unskilled workers at the company!
The CEO mentions record profits. The most common questions he gets in his "townhall" meetings are all in relation to worker pay to which he dismisses and says he wants to invest the surplus in educational programs instead of directly to the employees. What a slap in the face.
If compensation was comparable to other companies based on experience and contribution
We are overworked and underpaid. Benefits are bottom of the barrel and getting worse.
Dynamic problem solving (although we usually are trying to work around botched corporate policies).
Efficient, compassionate, great leadership, clear mission and goals.
The people I work with directly are fun, hard working and enjoyable to be around
The "care" for the job. But its hard to promote care in an employee when they see that if they care or if they don't care they are rewarded the same.
Pride for products, genuine care for customers (schools).
The people I work with directly
Directors on up need to actually LISTEN to the employees. Hear the feedback we give to better your company. Everyone kicks the can, puts their head down and collects a pay check. No one cares.
Efficient, reassuring, relaxed but focused.
It was easy to do over the phone with very basic questions.

Adam needs to put his money where his mouth is
The family culture we used to know, love and promote has been replaced by the big corporate plan of making money above all else. I sadly don't see this trend changing
