I thought things were getting better after covid, seemed like the company was really starting to see how important the workers are to the success of the company and then within the last year that totally flipped. Back to C-suite first and those that do all of the actual work last.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
One quit talking to us like we are idiots. Don't say record profits over and over yet no non C-suite worker sees any actual change in compensation. Also getting rid of WFH was a major slap to the face. No one wants forced company "culture".
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is way below industry standard, There are actual skilled talented artists that they have decided to label unskilled labor just so they can keep the pay low. They exploit these workers and treat them like assembly line workers. There are no unskilled workers at the company!
