It was easy to do over the phone with very basic questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are overworked and underpaid. Benefits are bottom of the barrel and getting worse.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people I work with directly are fun, hard working and enjoyable to be around
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The family culture we used to know, love and promote has been replaced by the big corporate plan of making money above all else. I sadly don't see this trend changing
