What do you like best about the leadership team?they really take time to listen to our complaints and do what they can to address them
What makes you most happy at work?My immediate sales pros and coworkers.
What are some of the best things about your team?Dynamic problem solving (although we usually are trying to work around botched corporate policies).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Directors on up need to actually LISTEN to the employees. Hear the feedback we give to better your company. Everyone kicks the can, puts their head down and collects a pay check. No one cares.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? The "care" for the job. But its hard to promote care in an employee when they see that if they care or if they don't care they are rewarded the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? My particular position has to know a little bit of everyones job, we have been smacked in the face with our compensation and "bonus" offers. Meanwhile a position that does a fraction of the work is given opportunity to receive 15K more in bonuses. No one cares, and no one listens.
