This company has inspiring goals, each department is its own company from within and don't always align with the Veeva way. Unfortunately I landed in one of those situations was promised career growth and am doing the same work as people entering the industry.
What did you like most about the interview process?

Restricted stock units given on a quarterly basis.

The team supports each other outside if management.
What do you like best about your company?
Being able to help customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep themselves separated from their team so there is very little interaction with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Granted Restricted Stock upon hire and the stocks are doing great. Health insurance is good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do whatever it takes to make money, regardless of if it's good for the customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all under the same terrible leadership and this has made us Bond as a team.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Eliminate middle managers, hire leaders who know what it is that their team does and have a career path for the ambitious.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team, we have no leadership but we support each other. The executive team and teams outside of the department seem to notice the lack of appreciation we get and try to give praise.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have leaders that know what we do on a day to day basis. Know what our customers need and want. Move team members into manager roles, because they are the only ones who know what our products really do.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Speed up the process and don't draw it out over months. Have people who actually know what we need interview the people. Quit hiring people from a certain company that already have a relationship with the leadership. No one wants a duplicate of that company....
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Get the people who know about the industry and the competition involved in leadership. The ones who know what customers really want and need. The ones that choose to work here because they are driven to make these products better not driven to have fluffy title or padded pay check.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Projects are bid so low you are over budget and out of time before you even start. The leadership team has no clue what all goes into a project. There is no work life balance for non-managers and no career path. Teams are expected to give everything to a project with no long term goals.
