Leadership team is customer focus and they really put trust in the people they've hired.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Just have to meet with 3 Veevans for 30 mins to gauge history, skills and culture fit
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is great but Equity is not as competitive as other tech companies. We used to have 4 year grants that had material windfalls in 3rd/4th year, but now they are one year grants which I feel has an impact on churn
