Excellent benefits package including fantastic healthcare coverage where employer pays 90% of the premium cost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just think the whole work system in the United States is corrupt

I feel our team cares
Experienced and smart people at all levels of the organization
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They should all use their head when they work. Work smart

Streamline the process and make it faster to onboard

My Manager helps get the funds needes to provide for our tenants
Making money. Which isn't enough after taxes and insurance.
