Excellent benefits package including fantastic healthcare coverage where employer pays 90% of the premium cost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just think the whole work system in the United States is corrupt

Experienced and smart people at all levels of the organization

They should all use their head when they work. Work smart
