Terrible, stateside jobs eliminated and sent overseas because they wirk cheaper and longer hours in the Phillipines and India. Shame on you, Ventra! The CEO and upper management could not care less about their employees.

Us little guys that are an integral part of Ventra's success are made to feel of no value, compensation for experience is terrible.
