What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is an amazing person, helpful and supportive!

keeping lines of communication open, putting quality first

it is reasonable for the amount of work put forth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Us little guys that are an integral part of Ventra's success are made to feel of no value, compensation for experience is terrible.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its already been said by many others, treat fairly and pay better
Call center was out sourced.
Toxic work environment. Management is a joke. We have downtime because nobody is ever on the same page department-wise
Quality is taking a backseat to quantity. There needs to be a better morale starting with management
