My asset director is very polite and encourages our team members to face the issues without any worries
They are understanding of people's personal issues

The Egos and attitudes drive morale into the ground. EVERYONE is looking to leave or just tolerate it long enough to retire. No respect and condescending tones seal the deal

Best in the market and provides shares
The pension contribution seems to be really good
Pension is good compared to competitors

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is low comparatively to the certifications and amount of work done
if we got paid more
I'm part of a group that has the lowest pay rate though the states and the territories.
It will be better if all employees with the same work descriptions has the salary.

Need more clear, consistent communication from business unit leadership to employees (this may not apply to all business units) HQ does a decent job with this.
Pay all employees fairly and provide more reasonable cost on benefits
