Is really no issue with the culture at Veolia
What part of Veolia's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
The call center struggles with keeping people there I'm not sure why because it's pretty simple and the part that's growing is the clientele the need for the service is constantly growing the only also struggles with drivers keeping drivers there's as well

Depending on the position that you're going for generally it's just one interview with two people which may be a supervisor and the call center manager or the general manager and the manager of the department that you're going to apply for

The majority of the coworkers are really cool outgoing and like to get everyone involved

We were given two consecutive days off in a row so it's pretty easy to maintain a social life also there are part-time positions available so it's pretty much up to

The job is really simple as long as you follow the format that is given to you at the time of your orientation
What are the team outings like at Veolia?
There aren't any team outings but there are co-workers that would set things up such as karaoke and things like that now recently there has been more parties within the office such as a Halloween parties and Christmas parties whereas years ago there were no parties and everyone was like Jehovah's Witness
What's the best part of your job at Veolia?
The best part of my job at Veolia is helping people who really really needs the extra assistance and being able to guide some of my co-workers as well
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Veolia?
I wish I had the full concept of the 401K plan Veolia matches a hundred percent so if you're putting in 5% of your check Veolia puts in 5% as well so I wish I would have known that and I would have gotten that a lot sooner
