How's the morale at Veolia?
The morale can fluctuate there are constant changes there have been changes within management a lot lately but once everything is together and running the way that it should the morale is wonderful everyone supports each other

There are different departments within Veolia so you have the call center which is upstairs towards the back the cubicles are pretty small and then on the opposite side you have the dispatchers you also have the schedulers along the railing and downstairs you have the human resource you also have the payroll and the front desk and also the the people that assess new clients

The vibe at veolia is family orientated and work about 40 hours a week so I get paid every 2 weeks

The most difficult question for me was asking about the routes and different and directions to the freeway which way is North which way is south how to get to East Oakland how to get to San Leandro questions like that

They ask the basic questions with any interview but one that really stuck out was do you know the area and so they will ask you what freeway to get here or what freeway to get there or just questions about certain routes

Comparing my interview at Veolia with other places I've interview that was pretty easy I was really personable and I just got a good overall feel of the atmosphere

I meant with the call center manager and also the general manager for my interview and took about 20 minutes or so and it took less than a week to hear back
