What is the best part about your compensation package?

Pay is above market value for some remote workers.

Good overall compensation and benefits package. Corporate bonis has been paid out >100% in the two years i have been with the company.

Veracode offers a wide range of benefits and seeks to be inclusive in its offer. The option to choose remote, in office or hybrid is progressive and welcome.

The benefits are pretty good - no complaints!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Existing employees do not get paid well and raises are very low. Nothing is being done to bring employee wages to market level.

Unless you're friends with the manager and director you are paid well below market rate.
