I love working from home. Veracode gives me the flexibility to see my daughter every day where previous jobs did not. There were many days in a week where she would be asleep by the time I finished work and drove home. I love how positive my coworkers are. I love collaborating with my team. My manager is super positive and always willing to help when asked. I feel supported and understood. I feel appreciated. I love working here.

Working for Veracode gives me a sense of belonging in my team and the wider global organisation, that we strive for change and never rest on our laurels. We have strategic direction but are willing to adapt to new market trends, our vision and culture is something to be proud of. For this i am thankful and definitely makes me happy!

Being able to find solutions to challenging technical problems without having high pressure deadlines and doing this in the physical environment of my choosing. That is not to say that deadlines should not exist, but that they need to be reasonable in terms of the workload they create.

I really enjoy working with my team and managers.

Working remote and not spending two hours a day sitting in traffic makes me most happy. I work with a great team of wonderful respectful and professional people.
