Great place tl get started. Amazing co-workers. Biggest cons: CEO is non-attorney, has all the say (not SLT), and possibly one of the worst leaders I've ever encountered. He's cheap to the point it's painful (Spirit for travel, cheap $2 tote bag for xmas gift). He also micromanages everyone

The team is amazing and the work is flexible. However, they have changed the billable requirements for attorneys and they have killed the notion of PTO and bank holidays. You have to make up for the time you time off.
