Out of 17 VeraSafe employee reviews, 71% were positive. The remaining 29% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping VeraSafe improve their work culture.
The President is too involved at an operational level and does not allow the Senior Leadership Team to make any decisions. SLT tries to appease the President by often going along with his decisions to the detriment of the employees. Leadership must be more empathetic toward employees.
Less Disparities and appreciating the team.
Better benefits and don't make up or change billable targets mid-year or up targets without increasing pay. Also, keep your word. My bonuses haven't been what was promised and others have left due to CEO/President not keeping promises.

CEO/President needs to do everyone a favor and quit or sell the place or just take a backseat role and let the attorneys make money for him. The push for sales and other recommendations from top-down push ethics for attorneys too much.
