We used to have a good environment. Now the executive team here has kind of broken it. There were decisions made which we are not comfortable with. And there are some arbitrary decisions made that I feel are not good for the team here in general. And attitudes which show us that we do not matter

The company has become too much corporative. We should be treated more individually. If you are great at your job while working from home they should let you stay working from home. We shouldn't be pushed to be doing integration or other workshops if we don't feel like it. They should listen to us.
