Very negative place to work. No transparency, people disappear and you hear nothing for weeks/months, even people on you own team. Poor carrer path, poor compensation. Management says there are no compensation plans that include stock options/RSU, but that is a lie. Expected to bill 100%. Overwork

Being a leadership team means actually leading, not micromanaging via reports.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complete overhaul of corporate culture. Compensation package overhaul. Need management that actualkly backs the empployee and not undermine.

Receiving 1.8% raise a year, not even every year, as an employee with an above average and one of the highest revenue and utilization numbers totally inadequate.
