Understanding that the climate is envolving in our space and we must shift our messaging to stay revelant.

Being a leadership team means actually leading, not micromanaging via reports.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay me well for the work but not enough for putting up with management

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are too many employees taht have no clue what thw company does or what their job entails. The remainder are constantly picking up their slack.

Receiving 1.8% raise a year, not even every year, as an employee with an above average and one of the highest revenue and utilization numbers totally inadequate.
I was misguided from the beginning regarding my title and responsibilities.
I am severely underpaid in my market and work 50-60 hours on the regular. Year over year I over perform and get the kudos by my manager but it never equates to a raise. I havent had a significant market raise in 5 years.

There is nothing positive about the culture right now
Generally the company makes sure employees have a positive attitude and a good personality.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Complete overhaul of corporate culture. Compensation package overhaul. Need management that actualkly backs the empployee and not undermine.

The recruiters were very easy to work with and communicative.
It was pretty straight forward.
They screen to hire the best candidates.

The process takes a long time, often 4 months from start to finish.
More structure, less arbitrary rating, less repetitive legal paperwork
