Receiving 1.8% raise a year, not even every year, as an employee with an above average and one of the highest revenue and utilization numbers totally inadequate.
I was misguided from the beginning regarding my title and responsibilities.
I am severely underpaid in my market and work 50-60 hours on the regular. Year over year I over perform and get the kudos by my manager but it never equates to a raise. I havent had a significant market raise in 5 years.
Coworkers need to actually do their jobs instead of pretending tney don't know anything.
