Lower than average base salary, bonus structure is old and basically non-existent, "raises" are nothing more than cost-of-living bumps.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Raise = cost of living increase Salary = below average pay Bonus = laughable Benefits are the best part of comp...but only bc the rest is not so great
