What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a team. Not a family. But a great team.
Good attitudes, focus on solutions and customer outcomes vs. making a team or individual look good. Everybody is working with a focus on the product and how it will help customers.
Collaboration. Ooportunity to make a differnece as an individual contributor.
Low stress and politics. People just want to get things done and do a great job without having to dance around politics or have pointless meetings to move things forward.
Flexibility, Collaborative and Growth Mindset
The team pulls it off, little suport from management
We fight to win each day
The people however minorities are not prevalent enough in leadership positions and too much of the workforce has moved to India
It's a safe place to work. Acceptance and support are key. No toxicity here. A good mix of cultures and genders helps bring is some great perspectives.
Collaboration / team environment is great
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The movement of IT Jobs out of the US, too many Reductions in Personnel to show that the company is money positive to investors and future buyers. No company is going to purchase Veritas so such an exuberant amount of money, they would have done this already., too many layoffs are bad for morale.
