Pretty laid back. I'm in the office about 35 hours per week. I do some work in the evenings so I'm putting my 40 hours in. But rarely are you *expected* to put in more than that. They will call out when weekend work is required... Happens every few years.
Very casual. Hours vary depending on where we are in the development lifecycle but 40 hours/week is average. Output is valued more than hours put in. Weekend hours are rare - has only been required twice in the 6 years I've been here.
