What do you like best about the leadership team?
Extraordinarily transparent and honest. We get monthly updates on the state of the company and biannual meetings in greater detail, good and bad. They also are committed to work/life balance as a fundamental aspect and not just something you stick in your HR manual.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, honesty, strategy. Leaders only learn from mistakes if the recognize they made one in the first place.
Thé executive team struggles with general competence, developing and communicating business goals, and making sound decisions. The new CEO is burning employees out
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k is solid and helpful

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings are not effective because there are no business goals and strategic benefits to drive decisions. Founders make it up as they go along.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very liberal leadership, cares about the environment and demonstrates it in a variety of ways; solar panels, recycling, green initiatives, bee hives on the roof etc.
The positivity stems from wanting to do the right things for teachers and students.
